Following his 1983 graduation from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, Tennessee, Ken Baker was ordained a Christian Minister at the North Madison Church of Christ in Madison, Ohio. Ken is currently senior pastor at the Saginaw Bay Church of Christ in Saginaw, Michigan.

Along with his wife Judy (an artist), Ken has served churches in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan.  One of the highlights most meaningful to Ken was the two years spent as a Resident Chaplain at the Williamsport Hospital and Medical Center.  

While ministering to countless people who experienced days, weeks and sometimes months in physical rehabilitation, he began to deepen his concern for those who are elderly, sick or lonely.  It is this deep connection and desire to be a comfort to others that led him to Co-found the “Wings and Prayers” ministry.  Ken has two adult sons Aaron, an education major at the University of Akron and Kaleb, a graduate student at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
